  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging
  • Our products ship from our international fulfillment center. For returns that are not due to our error, the return is sent to our returns center in China: return shipping and any customs clearance costs are the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Returns must use a trackable courier service that handles customs clearance door-to-door (for example, DHL); shipments that require us to clear customs on arrival cannot be accepted
  • Because international return shipping can be costly, we may — at our discretion — offer a partial or full refund without requiring the item to be returned
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded, including any shipping fees you paid, at no additional cost to you
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
